Responsibilities:

1. Maintain client relationships and develop new clients.

2. Investigate and collect client needs, track market feedback, coordinate internal communication, and improve client satisfaction.

3. Supervise on-site cargo loading and delivery, and handle communication and coordination.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Economy and Trade, familiar with international trade processes.

2. Good health and ability to undertake frequent business travel.

3. Diligent, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end processes including booking cargo space, document verification, truck arrangement, customs clearance, cargo tracking, and settlement.

2. Prepare shipping documents and related paperwork.

3. Accurately input business data into management systems and assist in financial settlements.

4. Handle operational emergencies and report to superiors promptly.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Economy and Trade, with knowledge of documentation, freight forwarding, transportation, and import/export trade.

2. Proficient in office software and English reading/writing.
